Our Services. Yardie's delivers Stonework, Deck Installation, Property Maintenance, Mulch Installation, Landscape Maintenance, Weed Control, Pressure Washing, Hedge Trimming. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Yardie's or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Yardie's makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yardie's's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Yardie's in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Yardie's against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in PA.

Modifications. Yardie's may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
